The Chaudhary Group (CG) had the profound honor of welcoming His Excellency, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland, and his esteemed delegation to its corporate headquarters in Kathmandu. This special visit marks a significant moment in recognizing the impactful collaboration between the Swiss Embassy in Nepal and the Chaudhary Foundation through the ENSURE Program – an initiative focused on on-job industrial training for youth across Nepal.

The ENSURE (Enhancing Skills for Sustainable and Rewarding Employment) program is a flagship Swiss-supported effort aimed at equipping young Nepalis with industry-relevant skills and hands-on work experience. As part of this public-private partnership, Chaudhary Group proudly serves as a leading private-sector contributor by providing structured, high-quality apprenticeship and internship opportunities across its diverse industrial ecosystem.

His Excellency witnessed firsthand the dedication, innovation, and drive of the young apprentices and interns currently engaged in CG operations under the ENSURE framework. The delegation interacted with trainees, mentors, and program coordinators to understand the positive outcomes being achieved through this partnership.
